This is the rarest version of all Mini Coopers. Due to the spanish import restrictions in the sixties and seventies, British Leyland Minis made in Spain for the local market. Authi (Automoviles de Turismo Hispano Ingleses) made these cars under license until 1975, and the hottest version they produced what the Cooper 1300th These cars are quite similar to the Innocenti Cooper and were more sophisticated then the English built Minis. Only ex 4000th of the Cooper 1300 were built, and this means it is the rarest of all Coopers. This particular car is completely restored at around new \The engine is tweaked with double SU carburettors, and is bored to 1380 cc for improved performance. This Mini has a sports exhaust, Restall style bucket seats and a Moto-Lita steering wheel. The wheels are original 4.5 x 10 Mini Lites. A car like this Authi Mini Cooper 1300 is not coming on the market very often, and almost nevhe in a similar top condition. We sold this car two years ago to a discerned car collector, who now requested us to sell it again on his behalf, due to reducing the amount of cars in his collection.
