| The ALPINA B12 5.0 is based on the top of the line BMW 7-series model of the E32, the 750i and 750iL in July 1988 and came on the market. It was produced until January 1994 a total of only 305 Alpina B12. The B12 was superior to the production car significantly. The power was increased by 50 hp and an improved landing gear secured the necessary stability. The extended leather trim, electric adjustable seats were in the rear and double glazed windows inc Kopfsttzen only in this version installed as standard. The B12 will cost 5.0 in 1989, already over DM 200,000 and was delivered only to a very exclusive clientele. A real wolf in sheep's clothing. |
